Getting to us:
If you are arriving by public transport, from Gatwick Airport catch a brief 2 minute ride on a local bus (Metro Bus) to Lowfield Heath, it’s one stop from South Terminal on bus numbers 4, 5 or 100.
If you are arriving by train, exit the station and turn right, and look for signs to the local bus service heading south. The lift down to the bus stop is located just left of the shuttle service to north terminal.

Hani Nabeel
Hani Nabeel is the founder and Chief Scientist at Infinity Sim Wings, a human factors and CRM Organisation, as well as the Chief Behavioural and Data Scientist at iPsychTec, a world-leading People Analytics and behavioural science company.
He is the architect and founder of the award-winning CultureScope behavioural analytics platform, which scientifically measures and embeds an organisation’s desired culture using predictive analytics and actionable insights. With more than 20 years of experience delivering leadership and talent management consulting services, Hani’s work combines rigorous scientific research with real-world application. His focus on organisational culture has produced groundbreaking diagnostics and advanced predictive analytics to help organisations achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
Hani holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, an MSc in Advanced Research Methods, a BEng, and an Airline Transport Pilot Licence. His 10 years of commercial flying experience with three airlines included extensive flight deck human performance factors and CRM research.
His award-winning behavioural science and analytics research earned him the Wharton People Analytics Award in 2017. Hani is also the author of Culture Analytics: An Evidence-Based Approach to Company Culture the book has received the 2025 “outstanding academic title” from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), which is also a division of the American Library Association (ALA). He is also a co-author of “Culture Audit” and “Case Studies in I-O Psychology”. Hani is also an Oxford Scholar, and his methods are now part of the human science curriculum. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a contributor for may human science journals.
Ethan Steer
Ethan is the Technical Director and co-founder at Infinity Sim Wings, where he leads the architecture, design, and ongoing development of Infinity 360, the company’s revolutionary CRM solution. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the technical vision of the system, driving innovation, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet the needs of future organisational training requirements.
Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Ethan conducts research into the integration of artificial intelligence within advanced flight simulation environments. His work focuses on designing and implementing intelligent systems that enhance realism, adaptability, and overall training effectiveness for pilots, with particular emphasis on developing core competencies in multi-crew operations.
With a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics with Spacecraft Engineering from the University of Southampton, Ethan combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking vision. His career bridges aerospace engineering, AI innovation, and enterprise system design—positioning him at the forefront of advancing CRM training, aviation technology and simulation.

Richard Nanton FRAeS FIoL
Aviation Operations and Human Performance Leader
Richard Nanton is an aviation operations and human performance leader with more than three decades of experience directing flight operations, training, safety and organisational performance across global airline and private aviation environments. His career spans senior executive, accountable post-holder and command roles within complex, highly regulated operations, including legacy, low-cost, charter, cargo and business aviation.
Richard’s work focuses on how leadership, crew behaviour and decision-making interact with systems, procedures and organisational pressure in high-reliability environments. He supports airlines and training organisations in strengthening operational discipline, safety culture and execution consistency through leadership development, training design and regulatory-aligned performance frameworks.
Drawing on extensive senior experience inside flight operations and training organisations, Richard bridges human factors intent with operational reality. He is known for translating behavioural and cultural objectives into practical standards that crews and leaders can apply consistently in line operations, simulators and mission-critical settings.
Richard holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Air Transport Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Institute of Leadership. He continues to fly and remains actively engaged in operational training and oversight, ensuring his work is grounded in current operational practice rather than theory alone.
